Tara Madijanon, Owner

Tara was born and raised on the lovely island of Oahu.  Her love for doing hair became evident shortly after graduating high school in 1997.  After several years in the industry, she decided to combine her love of hair styling with her love of animals and began styling and grooming dogs for a many years.  Although, she loved the dog grooming business, Tara realized she really missed interacting with her “human” clients.  So she decided to open her own salon and spa business, Desire, in 2009.  She says her favorite part of her job is enhancing the beauty that people already withhold.  She specializes in waxing, nails and hair color and particularly loves the Redken line of color.  She strives to stay current on all the newest trends and looks; therefore she receives continuous education year after year.  She is very proud of her talented team and looks forward to meeting new clients each day.
